I liked the gist of his article, overall.
He did manage to leave out 1John 1:9
Which means simply to cite (or name) sins known ASAP, and the Lord is faithful to cleanse us from ALL unrighteousness and be able to walk in fellowship with him, empowered by the Holy Spirit. Sin in our lives knocks being filled with the Spirit out ~ until we are restored, via His cleansing.
His basic tenet is repeatedly asking for forgiveness ~ yes, it was ALL accomplished on the Cross ~ thanking God is always appropriate.
