The Great Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction 12-21-20

Been going outside just after sunset (around 5:30 pm) every evening the past couple of weeks to view the coming conjunction of Jupiter & Saturn. It's been a reward and blessing to see! Last night the new crescent moon moved into place as if to say, "I want a piece of the action!" The trio presented a stunning sight. Moon should be hanging around tonight again. The stellar event unveils December 21 as the two planets converge. A few evenings have been cloudy obscuring the view. Hoping for clear sky on the 21st.

We had cloud cover on the evening of the 21st. However, after persistence waiting & watching for an hour, we were blessed with an opening in the clouds and saw the conjunction. Viewed about 15 minutes then a thin veil of cloud dimmed Saturn & Jupiter, our show was over. Thank You Lord! It was spectacular!
