America: The Writing Is On The Wall

Days from now a total solar eclipse will cross the entirety of the contiguous United States.  This eclipse appears to be filled with prophetic meaning, which I wrote about several weeks ago.  I noticed that the first major city it crosses is Salem, Oregon, but lo and behold it was recently discovered that this eclipse actually crosses seven towns in the United States called Salem - seven.

Salem was the original biblical name for Jerusalem ([url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Gen 14.18]Genesis 14:18[/url], [url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Heb 7.1-2]Hebrews 7:1-2[/url]) and to this day it is the shortened version of the name ([url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Ps 76.2]Psalm 76:2[/url]).

Next month the world will witness what could very well be the Great Sign of Revelation 12, which portrays a woman in labor.  [url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Micah 5.3]Micah 5:3[/url] indicates that this sign signals God's attention returning to Israel - in other words the Age of Grace or the Church Age is coming to a close because the rapture of God's children is imminent ([url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Isa 26.17-21]Isaiah 26:17-21[/url], [url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Isaiah 66.7-11]66:7-11[/url], [url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/John 14.2-3]John 14:2-3[/url],  [url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/1 Thess 4.16-17]1 Thessalonians 4:16-17[/url], [url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/1 Thessalonians 5.3-4]5:3-4[/url], [url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/1 Cor 15.51-52]1 Corinthians 15:51-52[/url], [url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Rev 3.10]Revelation 3:10[/url], [url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Revelation 12.5]12:5[/url]).  Is it then any wonder that an eclipse over the most powerful and prosperous Gentile nation on earth is pointing back to Jerusalem and Israel?  This may be the passing of the prophetic baton, as it were.



Though it is a definite minority, the United States still has the largest population of Bible-believing Christians on earth and if the rapture occurs soon the country will be economically and militarily decimated while Middle Eastern, Asian, and some countries in Europe will be left largely unscathed.  Could the sudden destruction spoken of in [url=https://biblia.com/bible/esv/1 Thess 5.3]1 Thessalonians 5:3[/url], which is tied to a woman in labor, actually point to the rapture itself?  Or perhaps when God's children are gone, America's enemies will quickly seize the opportunity to attack while she is in a weakened state.
