When Revelation 12 took hold of me 2 years ago I had gone through countless commentaries. It was apparent most of them failed to connect the declared glory of God in the heavens which was understood by the antediluvian patriarchs. The traditions of Christianity more recently have discouraged the study of signs in the stars. Bullinger does not make this mistake but rather understands its necessity for interpreting prophecy. Apocalypse was written over 100 years ago. In reading his inspired insight into Revelation 12 I could not help but wish he were alive today.
“Dear brother, the 4th vision in heaven is taking place in less than two years for the only time in history. Since knowledge has increased we have this thing called Stellarium among others. No seriously, knowledge has increased more than you might have realized and many in the body still don’t see it. Through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and God’s word you were able to see much with little, we do little with a lot. We are without excuse.”

Just a  thought... God likens the number of stars to the number of Abraham's seed (many times in the Bible, here's one verse).

And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be.  Genesis 15:5
